My client is looking for a dynamic Principal Ecologist to develop their ambitious team in the South of England. As a key player in this close-knit ecology division, you'll not only lead exciting projects but also shape the future of this expanding team.

Location - Southampton

• Lead with authority, providing innovative ecological advice and solutions across diverse projects.
• Stay ahead of the curve on EU and UK environmental legislation, guiding our team to navigate complex regulations with finesse.

• Dive into the field when needed, leading surveys and mitigation projects like a seasoned pro.
