The Role
Working within a collaborative and specialist air quality team, you will deliver a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects while building strong relationships with clients and project partners. This hands-on role will suit someone who enjoys both technical delivery and project ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver air quality and odour assessments across a wide range of UK projects
- Produce clear, robust technical reports, including EIA air quality chapters, monitoring reports and dispersion modelling assessments
- Manage project budgets, timelines and client expectations
- Support, guide and mentor junior colleagues as the team continues to expand
- Provide expert advice to clients and design teams, offering pragmatic and innovative solutions
- Contribute to business development activities and help shape the future of the air quality offering
About You
- Degree in an environmental, scientific or engineering discipline
- 3–7 years’ experience in air quality consultancy
- Strong knowledge of dispersion modelling (ADMS or AERMOD), with familiarity in LAQM and EIA requirements
- Excellent report writing, analytical and communication skills
- Confident managing projects and working directly with clients
- A proactive, positive and collaborative approach
- An interest in supporting the growth and development of others
